yay, baseball!!

baseball season is here! hooray! went to the game with elaine tonight and she almost threw the game away. it was the eighth inning and valverde hadn't struck out some dude and bradford was all, "Just watch, they're gonna give up a run and they'll make a comeback to win the game." moments later, st. louis scored and we were all, "WHAT?! WHAT??!!" and then elaine took it back and said to the baseball gods that we need a homer to come back and then the baseball gods granted us a homerun and the Astros won and it was good.

seeing how long i can go without turning on my a/c. it may not be much longer. it's been a crazy long day even with my beer induced nap i took this afternoon. i don't know why i insist on drinking. went to the bayou city arts festival. it was a visual affront for the most part, however, there were some amazing high school projects!
